Turnkey Business Launch Package

1. Payment of the Service:

   • The amount of 3,500 + VAT must be paid in full at the time of contracting the service.
   • This amount does not include possible expenses of real estate agency fees, transfer of premises or other costs associated with the acquisition or leasing of the property. These shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.

2. Limit of Property Visits:

   • The service includes a maximum of 10 property visits,accompanied by a market study conducted by our team.
   • If the client wishes to schedule additional visits, the Buildpat (EARTHPAT S.L.) team will internally evaluate the feasibility of extending the number of visits and determine any applicable surcharge.

3. Conditions of Reimbursement:

   • The Turnkey Business Launch Package fee is non-refundable in cash under any circumstances.
   • This amount may be reimbursed only by means of a commercial discount applied to the renovation estimate provided by Buildpat (EARTHPAT S.L.).
   • If the client does not approve the renovation estimate or chooses to proceed with another company, the amount will not be refunded in any way.
   • The calculation basis for this trade discount will be limited exclusively to €3,500 + VAT, corresponding to the cost of the service, and will not include amounts related to optional additional services (such as licensing, branding, interior design, or others).
   • The reimbursement in the form of a discount will only be applicable if the renovation estimate approved by the client reaches or exceeds €20,000 + VAT. Otherwise, the amount paid by the customer for the Turnkey Business Launch will not be subject to reimbursement under any modality.

4. General Conditions:

   • Contracting the Turnkey Business Launch Pack does not guarantee the immediate availability of a suitable property or the feasibility of all the real estate options visited.
   • Buildpat (EARTHPAT S.L.) is not responsible for potential delays in the processing of utilities, licenses, or administrative procedures caused by external entities.
   • Optional services (such as licensing, branding, and interior design) are subject to additional fees and the availability of the corresponding professionals.
