  • Tailored location search to find the ideal space for your business.

  • Advisory and mediation during lease agreement negotiations.

  • Utility setup management (electricity, water, internet, etc.).

  • Assistance with insurance arrangements.

  • Technical feasibility review of the renovation, including unlimited renovation quotes.

  • Professional photo report of the property.

  1. Activity license and opening license (PRICE UPON REQUEST)

  2. Building permit and architectural project design (PRICE UPON REQUEST)

  3. Branding proposal: creation of a corporate identity dossier including logo, color palette, typography, and other visual elements (+1,000€)

  4. Interior design proposal tailored to the business’s corporate identity (PRICE UPON REQUEST)

1. Service Payment

The amount of €3,500 + VAT must be paid in full at the time of contracting the service.
This amount does not include potential fees from real estate agencies, lease transfers, or any other costs associated with the acquisition or rental of the property. Such expenses are the sole responsibility of the client.

2. Property Visits Limit

The service includes up to 10 property visits, accompanied by a market study prepared by our team.
Should the client wish to schedule additional visits, Buildpat (EARTHPAT S.L.) will internally evaluate the possibility of extending the number of visits and determine any applicable surcharge.

3. Refund Policy

The amount paid for the Business Launch Pack is non-refundable in cash under any circumstances.
Refunds will only be offered in the form of a commercial discount applied to the renovation budget provided by Buildpat (EARTHPAT S.L.).
If the client does not approve said budget or chooses to carry out the renovation with another company, the amount will not be refunded in any way.

The refund calculation base is limited exclusively to the €3,500 + VAT corresponding to the cost of the service and does not include amounts for optional additional services (licenses, branding, interior design, or others).

The refund in the form of a discount will only apply if the renovation budget approved by the client is equal to or exceeds €20,000 + VAT. Otherwise, the amount paid for the Business Launch Pack will not be subject to refund in any form.

4. General Conditions

  • Contracting the Business Launch Pack does not guarantee the immediate availability of a commercial property, nor the feasibility of all properties visited.

  • Buildpat (EARTHPAT S.L.) is not responsible for potential delays in utility setup, licenses, or administrative processes handled by external entities.

  • Optional services (licenses, branding, interior design) are subject to additional fees and the availability of the corresponding professionals.
